45 minute one to one online zoom class. Full face workout. We have 57 muscles in the face and neck that need to be worked out just as we work out our bodies. Keeping the facial muscles toned helps to reduce wrinkles and brings fresh oxygenated blood to the surface which helps with skin cell renewal and gives us an overall glow. Face yoga is not so much about looking younger as it is about feeling good about ourselves at every age, slowing down the ageing process and keeping healthy which gives us a true sense of well-being. Face yoga is a combination of facial exercises, facial massage, acupressure and relaxation techniques. Join me on this wonderful journey.
